About the service

What exactly does Gatescore do?
We audit the documents you already hold against the published documentary requirements of the destination and route you select. You get a readiness score, a breakdown by pillar, and an issue-by-issue list of what is missing, weak, inconsistent or out of date, with the reason and the fix for each one.
Is Gatescore immigration advice?
No. Gatescore is a documentary compliance audit. We do not advise on which route to apply under, we do not represent you to any embassy or authority, we do not complete or lodge applications, and we do not predict the decision. If you need immigration advice, speak to a lawyer or adviser regulated in the country you are applying to.
Will Gatescore get me a visa?
No, and anyone who tells you otherwise is not telling you the truth. The decision belongs entirely to the authority you apply to. What an audit does is find the documentary problems in your file before an assessing officer does, so you have the chance to fix them first.
Why is the highest possible score 92 and not 100?
Because a documentary audit cannot account for every discretionary factor an assessing officer may weigh. The cap is deliberate and permanent. It is our way of never implying certainty about something we do not control.
What does a good score actually mean?
That your file looks documentary-sound against published requirements on the date it was audited. It is a statement about your paperwork, not a forecast of your outcome.
Do you check whether my documents are genuine?
A standard audit checks documentary completeness, internal consistency and compliance with published requirements. It does not verify authenticity at source, and it does not confirm that the contents are true. Submitting documents that are not genuine is a criminal offence in most jurisdictions and a serious breach of our terms.
Which countries and routes do you cover?
Rule packs cover more than 110 destinations across student, work, family, business and visit routes. Coverage depth varies. Corridors with a dedicated rule pack are maintained against official published guidance; the rest run on a baseline pack. The report tells you which one applied to your audit and when it was last checked. No rule pack is certified by any government.
I am going to the Gulf for work. Do you cover that?
Yes. Deployment files are checked across eight legs including agency or OEP eligibility, employer demand, worker eligibility, qualifications, medical fitness, security clearance, the attestation chain and emigration clearance. These eight legs are Gatescore's own framework. We check that your contract, attestations, medical and Protector paperwork line up, and that the job title on the visa matches the one on the offer.

Buying and paying

How much does an audit cost?
PKR 2,999 for a single destination, PKR 5,999 for three destinations, PKR 9,999 for up to ten. Each is a one-time charge for one applicant. Full details are on the pricing page.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once per audit. Nothing recurs, and nothing renews automatically.
Can I pay in rupees?
Yes. PKR prices are fixed retail prices, not daily conversions, so the amount you see is the amount your bank charges you.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The price shown at checkout is the full amount payable to Gatescore. Government, embassy, visa centre, medical and attestation fees are paid by you directly to those bodies, and any service fee charged by an agent is set and disclosed by that agent.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. An invoice is issued with every audit, emailed to you and stored in your dashboard.
My family is applying together. Do we pay once?
No. Every applicant is audited on their own file and billed separately, because the findings are specific to each person's documents.

Delivery and refunds

How long does the audit take?
Most reports return in under 150 seconds. A file held for manual quality review is completed within 24 hours, and we email you if that happens.
How is the report sent to me?
Digitally. It appears in your dashboard as a downloadable PDF and we email you a link. Nothing is posted or couriered, and there are no delivery charges. See the delivery policy.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, where the order was duplicated, the payment was taken without a report being delivered, the platform failed, you cancelled before processing began, or we supplied the wrong tier. Refunds are not given because a visa was refused or because a score was lower than you hoped. The refund policy sets it all out.
How long does a refund take?
We decide within 5 working days and issue approved refunds within 7 to 10 working days, back to the original payment method. Your bank may take another 3 to 10 working days to post it.
I think a finding is wrong. What can I do?
Email support@gatescore.ai within 30 days, naming the finding and the requirement you think it misreads. We review it free of charge, and where we confirm a material error we correct and reissue the report.

Your data

What happens to my passport and bank statements?
They are encrypted in transit and at rest, used only to run the audit you paid for, and deleted 12 months after the audit date. You can ask us to delete them sooner at support@gatescore.ai.
Do you sell my data or share it with recruiters?
No. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not pass your file to employers, recruiters or educational institutions. It goes to your own agent only where you bought through one or asked us to share it.
Who can see my file inside Gatescore?
Only staff whose role requires it, under role-based access and access logging, and under written confidentiality obligations.

Agents

I bought through an agent. Who is responsible for what?
Gatescore is responsible for the audit and the report. Your agent is an independent business, responsible for its own service, its own fee and its own promises. An agent cannot make any commitment about a visa outcome on our behalf, and if one does, tell us at support@gatescore.ai.
Who runs Gatescore in Pakistan?
Gatescore is owned by Gatescore Ltd in the United Kingdom and is managed and administered by Resource Pool (Private) Limited, a company registered in Pakistan under SECP registration number 0324964, from its Islamabad office. Support, agent onboarding and local payments are handled there. Your contract for an audit is with Gatescore Ltd.
How do I become a Gatescore agent?
Apply at gatescore.ai/for-agents. Approved agents pre-fund credits, run audits for their own clients from one dashboard, and keep the margin plus any service fee they set.
How do I check a Gatescore certificate is real?
Enter the reference printed on the certificate at gatescore.ai/verify. Certificates are valid for 180 days from issue.
