Return Policy

Gatescore supplies a digital compliance report. Nothing physical is sent to you, so there is nothing to pack, post back or hand over. A return in the ordinary sense does not apply.

What does apply is cancellation, and where a cancellation is valid, a refund. Those are set out below and in the refund policy.

You can cancel at any point before you submit the file for processing, simply by leaving the checkout. Nothing is charged until you confirm payment.

If you have paid but the audit has not yet started processing, email billing@gatescore.ai with your order reference. If we receive that request before the engine begins, we cancel the order and refund you in full.

A consumer buying digital content online normally has a 14-day right to cancel. That right is lost once delivery of the digital content begins, provided you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you were giving up the right.

At checkout you are asked to tick a box confirming that you want your audit to run immediately and that you understand you lose the 14-day cancellation right once it does. If you do not tick that box, the audit does not run, and you keep the right for 14 days.

You can ask us at any time to delete the documents you uploaded. Email support@gatescore.ai and we will delete them within 30 days. Your documents remain yours throughout, and deleting them does not by itself entitle you to a refund of a report already delivered.

You can close your account at any time by writing to support@gatescore.ai. Closing an account does not refund audits already delivered and does not cancel an agent agreement, which has its own notice terms.
